Heart & Stroke volunteers make a big difference in the lives of Canadians
When we beat as one, we accomplish so much
Thank you to all Heart & Stroke volunteers across the country. You make everything we do possible. Your time and contributions are invaluable.
Meet some of our volunteers
Clayton, who serves on our board of directors, is a proud member of Cold Lake First Nations. He is dedicated to supporting the Indigenous community and is an advocate for health equity.
Allison experienced a stroke when she was 29, which motivated her to raise awareness about stroke among young people as a member of Heart & Stroke Young Leaders.
Norman is a physical education teacher in Montreal. He is passionate about building healthy habits in kids and organizes Jump Rope for Heart at his school.
Our volunteer promise
Every volunteer is a valued and essential part of achieving Heart & Stroke’s vision of healthy lives uninterrupted by heart disease and stroke. Our community offers a welcoming and fulfilling environment for volunteers to contribute their time and talents. We believe : Volunteers are the heart of the Foundation.
